, it shouldn't be in its prequel,
House of the Dragon

The mother series has indeed suffered a lot of criticism and, according to Olivia Cooke, the production has learned the lesson.The actress in the casting of these new fantastic adventures revealed to the
Telegraph
that the writers had chosen to avoid directing these kinds of situations.
“I wouldn't feel comfortable participating in something with so much graphic violence against women, for whatever reason.
I was lucky enough to be able to read the script (of the prequel), and that changes a lot compared to the first seasons of
Game of Thrones,
”she said to the publication.

had drawn the wrath of the public, the rapes of Daenerys and Sansa Stark during their respective wedding nights, in particular.
Before auditioning for the role, Olivia Cooke had never seen a single episode of the saga.
