Dubai Tourism: Temporary suspension of leisure activities in hotel establishments and restaurants
The Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing in Dubai directed all those involved in hotel establishments and restaurants to temporarily suspend entertainment activities as of Thursday, January 21, 2021, until further notice.
The department added, in a circular addressed to owners and managers of hotel establishments and restaurants in the emirate of Dubai, that it will continuously assess the new situation with the health authorities, adding: “We appreciate your permanent cooperation and value your efforts as key partners to serve the public good and protect the safety and health of society.”
It stated that, through field inspection visits to the department, an increase in the number of violations during the establishment of recreational activities has been observed.
