Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 16.9 billion dirhams last week.
According to the weekly report on the actions issued by the department, yesterday, 700 pledges were recorded at a value of 1.63 billion dirhams, 79 of which were pledges of land worth 473.26 million dirhams, and 621 pledges to apartments and villas at a value of 1.16 billion dirhams, while mortgages recorded 14.83 billion dirhams, while 67 grants were recorded. 520.85 million dirhams.
The most important land sales, with a value of 37 million dirhams, came in the "Gezira 2" region, while "Nad Al Sheba Three" regions topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, with 21 pledges amounting to 51 million dirhams recorded.
The most important sales of apartments and villas were a pledge of 50 million dirhams in the Al Muteena area, followed by two sales of 25 million dirhams each, the first in the Naif area, and the second in the Palm Jumeirah.
"Dubai Marina" led the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 74 sales of 170 million dirhams.
