The Dubai Shopping Festival presents the "Dubai Landmarks" exhibition, which is held on the banks of the creek, and includes wonderful paintings and pictures of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, in addition to distinctive pictures of the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Metro, the Hope Probe, and many more A prominent landmark in the emirate.

The exhibition is held at the Dubai Shopping Festival Market in Seef, presented by Al Foah, and includes artworks created by talented youth from different parts of the country, who participated in the Dubai Shopping Festival Art Market competition, which is held in cooperation with the Knowledge and Human Development Authority.

Aspiring artists unleashed their imagination and talent, creating dozens of wonderful paintings and photographs that highlight the major achievements of Dubai over the decades.

60 high school students from KHDA schools will participate in the exhibition, and the judges have chosen the best 30 students to display their creativity until January 30th.

Artworks are displayed in illuminated frames at the Dubai Shopping Festival Market, where all participating artists received promotional gifts, in addition to the opportunity to display their work beautifully in the market.

Ahmed Al Khaja, Executive Director of the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, said: “We are delighted to see all the outstanding artwork created by these talented artists displayed at the Dubai Shopping Festival Market in Seef.

This historic site beside the creek is an ideal place to display paintings and photographs that highlight a number of special moments and great achievements in the march of the UAE and Dubai.

The artistic competition, which was held in partnership with the Knowledge and Human Development Authority, indicates the position the festival has reached as it is not just an event focused on retailing only, but it is an annual celebration that is enjoyed and shared by all members of society.

The 30 young people selected as winners, and all the artists who participated in the competition, played an important role in making the current edition of the Dubai Shopping Festival an unforgettable and wonderful event.

Head of Community Participation at the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai, Moza Al Suwaidi, said: “We are proud of all our creative students in Dubai schools who participated in the art competition for the Dubai Shopping Festival. We value our cooperation with our friends at the Dubai Shopping Festival, and give our students the opportunity to show their artworks in the Dubai Shopping Festival markets in Seef.

The Dubai Shopping Festival Market in Seef is a vibrant destination during winter evenings. The market combines Emirati cultural performances, roving entertainment shows, live performances, and unique weekly experiences, all of which are held between buildings and traditional markets.
