  According to monitoring, spring plowing production and spring field management are being carried out in an orderly manner across the country. Winter wheat in the main producing areas of the Huanghuaihai Sea has entered the jointing stage, and the southwest region has entered the heading stage. Winter rapeseed in the main producing areas of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River is in the blooming stage, and the southwestern region is in the silique stage. , spring plowing preparations are in full swing in the northeast and northwest regions, and the purchase and sale of agricultural supplies has entered the peak season.

  On March 11, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued a notice to organize local agricultural and rural departments to quickly carry out quality inspections of agricultural inputs, requiring localities to carry out special rectifications on the two issues of "scammers" peddling fertilizers and illegal online seed sales. From March 7 to 15, multiple working groups were dispatched to 10 provinces including Shanxi, Liaoning, Guangdong, and Yunnan to conduct research and guidance. On March 19, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, together with six departments including the Ministry of Public Security and the State Administration for Market Regulation, held a meeting in Beijing to deploy the anti-counterfeiting work on agricultural inputs for spring plowing preparations. As of April 1, agricultural and rural departments at all levels across the country had dispatched a total of 253,000 supervisory and law enforcement personnel, investigated 199,000 agricultural input production and operation entities, accepted a total of 1,146 complaints and reports, filed 1,040 cases, and transferred 12 cases to the public security organs. We received 75 clues about the problem of "scammers" of agricultural materials, and investigated and dealt with 12 related cases; we received 121 clues about the online sales of fake and inferior agricultural materials, and investigated and dealt with 43 related cases.

  Anti-counterfeiting of agricultural inputs is not only about law enforcement, but also about strengthening publicity and strengthening farmers’ awareness of precautions when purchasing agricultural inputs. To this end, the Department of Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has recently specially produced "Fertilizer Purchase Clear Paper" and "Seed Purchase Clear Paper" and organized them to be distributed to farmers and production entities throughout the spring plowing period through various new media methods. and means to strengthen knowledge popularization.
