The publication also indicates that information about this is confirmed by Ekaterina Popova, partner of the multi-family office ITSWM.

It is clarified that the list of such financial institutions includes, for example, UBS and Credit Suisse - their clients with dual citizenship have already encountered this situation.

According to the publication, some such clients are already considering filing a lawsuit, in particular from a discrimination point of view.

Earlier, the head of the Central Bank of Russia, Elvira Nabiullina, said that the financial regulator believes that bank profits in 2024 could reach up to 2.8 trillion rubles.
