  The report further shows that standards are more effective in promoting high-efficiency local governance.

  From a regional perspective, the market standards in economically developed areas are highly active, with Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shandong, Jiangsu, Beijing, Shanghai and other places ranking first. At the same time, the standardization work capabilities in the central and western regions are constantly increasing, and Hebei, Hubei, Hunan, Anhui, Sichuan, Inner Mongolia and other central and western regions are accelerating their efforts. In the self-declaration disclosure on the enterprise standards information public service platform, half of the provinces with strategic emerging industry standards among the top ten in the country are from the central and western regions.

  Standardized regional coordination has also been further strengthened, with highlights in the Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Economic Belt, and nine provinces (regions) along the Yellow River.

In key areas such as digital government, cultural tourism, public transportation, health, agriculture and rural areas, and ecological environment, three provinces and one city have jointly developed the "Pharmaceutical Industry Atmosphere" Pollutant Emission Standards and other regional coordinated local standards on 36 items.
