Last week, the price of gasoline rose for the ninth consecutive week, which now places it at 1,616 euros per liter. Although diesel has accumulated three weeks of drops and marks, on average, 1,532 euros, it is not far from the price it had in the operation released last year, 1.54 euros.
In the special Easter operation, which began on Friday of last week and will end on April 1, 16,550,000 road trips are expected, 1% more in year-on-year terms, according to Efe.
According to the Petroleum Bulletin of the European Union (EU), which collects data from 11,400 Spanish service stations, between March 12 and 18 gasoline remained above the threshold of 1.6 euros/liter that it achieved, for the first time in the year, at the end of February.
