Douglas Peterson, President and CEO of S&P Global Group, said in his speech in the "Panel Discussion One" session: Artificial intelligence production information must be controlled quality and avoid publishing wrong information.
One is vision.
As a data company, artificial intelligence will enable S&P to focus more on the decision-making and analysis levels, focus on the core of the problem, and make core decisions.

Generative AI depends on data, and S&P cleans and organizes the data so that large models can use the data.

We must ensure that our people also learn and have the opportunity to understand artificial intelligence, and ensure that the way human beings develop is the same.
The fourth is governance (organizational structure).
S&P has established a corresponding AI architecture, formulated a regular discussion system, and developed around artificial intelligence.
Fifth, safety and quality.
The quality of information produced by artificial intelligence must be controlled and the release of wrong information must be prevented.
On this basis, Douglas Peterson also emphasized the importance of people and the governance of artificial intelligence. International companies represented by Standard & Poor's must not only have global standards for artificial intelligence, but also establish an artificial intelligence governance structure through cooperation to adapt to the new requirements of the artificial intelligence era.
