Ganside shared three challenges currently faced by artificial intelligence.

The first is the safety issue in the use of artificial intelligence,

such as the risks of autonomous driving and large language models that everyone is worried about.

The second is artificial intelligence technology and its applications.

There are still circulation restrictions between countries. In the future, how to seize the initiative in the three core elements of artificial intelligence - data, computing power and algorithms, and seize development opportunities.

The third is artificial intelligence governance, which includes three levels:

multilateral, bilateral and unilateral. At the multilateral level, we need to strengthen multilateral governance to achieve safe and trustworthy artificial intelligence and achieve sustainable development; at the bilateral level, we need to reach consensus and achieve cooperation to form a framework agreement to solve the problem of artificial intelligence governance; at the unilateral level, we can do There are many things to do. Take China and the United States as an example. The United States should formulate comprehensive laws and frameworks to manage data privacy and security, and should cancel the "Great Firewall" to accelerate the development of the field of artificial intelligence and make people's lives easier; China should participate more in international affairs.
