Liu Zhenmin pointed out that my country’s resource endowment, dominated by coal, determines the important role of coal power in my country’s power security. For many developing countries with a similar energy structure to my country’s, the large-scale deployment and application of renewable energy faces challenges. , for a period of time, it will still be inseparable from the flexible adjustment and guarantee support role of traditional fossil energy. The first global stocktake outcome document completed at COP28 clarified the general direction of the world's "transition away from fossil energy."
