  Zhang Zhanbin, director of the Chinese Modernization Research Center of the Central Party School (National School of Administration), served as the guest speaker at this forum.   Regarding the focus of developing new quality productivity, Zhang Zhanbin said that the practical driving force of new quality productivity is new technology, and the practical carrier is new industry.   Focusing on the next step, Zhang Zhanbin believes that it is necessary to focus on the direction and spatial layout of new productive forces and develop new productive forces in the "science and technology innovation center + industrial layout" model.
