  Before ships enter and leave the port, the maritime department opens a "green channel" and implements "7×24" online review and approval, which simplifies the process and ensures "zero waiting time and second processing" for ships entering and leaving the port.

At the same time, remote monitoring and on-site patrols are strengthened, and a variety of supervision methods are comprehensively used to ensure the safety of ships entering and leaving the port.

  After the ship arrives at the port, maritime law enforcement officers promptly conduct boarding inspections to identify potential hazards to the ship's navigation safety, ensure the crew's competency, the ship's seaworthiness and the cargo's transportability, and ensure the safety of ship operations.

  It is reported that since January this year, the Fangcheng Port Maritime Safety Bureau has safely supervised 19 spring plowing fertilizer transport ships with 418,039.25 tons of cargo.
