At the same time, according to announcements issued by relevant departments, my country's new energy vehicles will recall 1.603 million vehicles in 2023, accounting for 23.8% of the total number of recalls throughout the year.

Experts said that complaints related to "electricity" mainly focus on the fact that the driving range of electric vehicles is lower than the officially announced cruising range. This was one of the most complained issues among consumers of new energy vehicles last year.
In addition, as the intelligent configuration of new energy vehicles increases rapidly, complaints in this area also increase.
For example, vehicles can be upgraded remotely through OTA, which is over-the-air download technology. Complaints in this area have also increased significantly.
According to statistics, 6 OTA recalls will be implemented in 2023, involving 1.173 million vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 32.2%.
