Zhejiang A&F University is the only key agricultural and forestry university in Zhejiang Province. It is also a university jointly built by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the National Forestry and Grassland Administration, and is a high-level university construction university in Zhejiang Province.

In Hainan, a team of experts went to the base to guide the efficient cultivation technology of tropical bamboo shoots; in Sichuan, they went to Nanxi, Xingwen, Junlian and other places in Yibin to provide scientific and technological services, and to guide the complex management of Nanzhu forest and the construction of Huangzhu demonstration base.
It is reported that at present, Zhejiang A&F University has organized nearly a hundred scientific and technical personnel to provide more than 100 remote technical services such as telephone and video, compiled more than 50 spring plowing technical operating specifications, and compiled more than 10 pieces of various agricultural production technologies, covering a wide range of services. There are nearly 200 enterprises, large growers and cooperatives in more than 100 towns and villages in multiple provinces.
