Jin Zhuanglong said that so far, our country has cultivated 124,000 specialized, special and new enterprises, of which 12,000 are specialized, special and new small giant enterprises.
These enterprises have played an important role in strengthening and extending our chain. The next step will be to focus on the following work:
The first task is to improve quality.
It is necessary to polish the golden brand of a specialized, special and new enterprise and make it genuine.
At the same time, it is necessary to implement special actions to empower small and medium-sized enterprises in digitalization, and further promote the urban pilot work of digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises. The central fiscal level will support more than 40,000 small and medium-sized enterprises in digital transformation for three consecutive years.
The second task is to optimize the environment.
We must fully implement the Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Law and implement the regulations to protect the payment of small and medium-sized enterprises.
At the same time, we must also provide guarantees for small and medium-sized enterprises in terms of energy, personnel, data, and land use.
The third job is strong service.
It is necessary to continue to establish and improve the service system for small and medium-sized enterprises, and to work with relevant departments to carry out a series of in-depth activities to serve small and medium-sized enterprises.
At the same time, we also have a national fund, the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Fund, which we must play a good role in supporting innovation, entrepreneurship and creation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
The fourth task is to promote integration.
In this regard, we must further promote the leading role of chain owners and allow many small and medium-sized enterprises to participate in the development of key industrial chains.
At the same time, the government must build a certain platform to allow large and medium-sized enterprises to develop integratedly. This year we will also build 100 small and medium-sized enterprise industrial clusters. We now have 200.
