How to let all villagers share the fruits of collective economic development?

In recent years, Bayinhexi Village in Delingha City has made full use of rural land resources through industrial support and technical services, and has found a way to develop "edible fungi" cultivation to get rich, which has supported the villagers' dream of getting rich.

"We have good natural conditions, and greenhouses also provide us with the basic conditions for growing edible fungi. One of the main problems we face now is technical problems." said Zhang Haian, secretary and director of the Party branch of Bayinhexi Village, Delingha City.

Zhang Haian said that in order to solve the hard-core problem of "edible fungi" planting technology, they adopted the "going out + bringing in" approach, leading village cadres to go to Xining City Chengnan Science and Technology Park for field inspections, and hiring people with rich experience in edible fungi planting. Villager Shi Guizhu serves as a planting technician. Taking into account the characteristics of the plateau climate, he uses the "open-air + greenhouse" integrated model to grow off-season vegetables and edible fungi. The edible fungi are monitored for the entire life cycle and suitable for planting. Careful cultivation management and full tracking and supervision , to ensure a good harvest from experimental planting of edible fungi.

"Only when mycelium grows well can mushrooms grow vigorously, and only then can our edible fungi industry have hope," said technician Shi Guizhu.

As the problems of edible fungi cultivation technology and talent are solved, the "funding gap" has become a new problem.

The village party organization immediately coordinated and integrated more than 11.02 million yuan in rural revitalization bridging funds and ethnic minority development funds, transferred more than 500 acres of land, renovated and expanded 20 greenhouses, implemented the "Greenhouse Edible Fungi Planting and Cultivation Base Project", and independently cultivated strains.

In response to the problem of how to sell edible fungi after picking, processing and packaging, the village party branch established the Delinghayuan Fengmao Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. and established a "linking farmers with farmers" mechanism to encourage villagers to engage in vegetable planting, distribution and sales to increase their income. , forming a complete industrial chain of "planting-picking-delivery-sale", solving the employment problem of a group of villagers.

"At present, all the mushroom sticks have begun to produce mushrooms, and more than 500 kilograms of edible mushrooms flow into the market every day and are served on the dining table of the boss." Zhang Haian said.

"The processing cost of each edible mushroom stick is about 6 yuan to 7 yuan. When one mushroom stick comes out, it can produce 5 to 7 kilograms of oyster mushrooms. Now the wholesale price in the market is about 4 yuan to 5 yuan per kilogram. . The price of this shed that just came out is 20,000 rods, and three crops will be produced one after another, so the income is still considerable." Shi Guizhu calculated while looking at the mushroom rods.

With the opening of the production and marketing of edible fungi, the village party branch has conducted in-depth market research and analysis, dynamically monitored price changes of edible fungi, and reasonably regulated price adjustments to ensure that edible fungi are "sellable" and the people can "afford to eat".

"The edible fungi currently grown are only trial planting projects, and the cultivation is relatively successful. Now we have also tried growing morels, enoki mushrooms, small round mushrooms and other varieties. In the future, we plan to promote them in vegetable greenhouse bases to expand the planting area. Growing edible fungi in winter , grow organic vegetables in the summer, so that the greenhouses do not need to be idle, and each greenhouse can continue to increase its income throughout the year." Zhang Haian said that in 2023, the edible fungi planted on trial will increase the income of the village collective by more than 200,000 yuan, driving the villagers to generate more than 100,000 yuan in income. The collective economy has taken new steps and achieved new breakthroughs.
