Jing Puqiu suggested that we continue to improve the equal protection of enterprises of all types of ownership and protect the property rights of private enterprises and the rights and interests of entrepreneurs within the framework of the rule of law.
Jing Puqiu said that state-owned and private enterprises should give full play to their respective advantages and focus on different industrial fields.
State-owned enterprises focus on areas involving major infrastructure, energy raw materials, and cutting-edge science and technology to enhance their core competitiveness and leadership in industry development.
Most of the private enterprises are small and medium-sized enterprises, which focus more on "specialization, specialization and innovation", emerging industries, new business formats, service industries, etc., giving full play to the advantages of flexibility, innovation and low cost to expand development space.
In terms of promoting the deep integration of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, Jing Puqiu believes that the system and mechanism of mixed reform should be continuously improved to eliminate the concerns of private enterprises participating in mixed reform and allow private enterprises to enter more fields through capital integration.
