  The per capita disposable income of residents across the country for the whole year was 39,218 yuan, an increase of 6.3% over the previous year. After deducting price factors, the actual increase was 6.1%.

The median per capita disposable income of residents across the country was 33,036 yuan, an increase of 5.3%.

Based on permanent residence, the per capita disposable income of urban residents was 51,821 yuan, an increase of 5.1% over the previous year. After deducting price factors, the actual increase was 4.8%.

The median per capita disposable income of urban residents was 47,122 yuan, an increase of 4.4%.

The per capita disposable income of rural residents was 21,691 yuan, an increase of 7.7% over the previous year. After deducting price factors, the actual increase was 7.6%.

The median per capita disposable income of rural residents was 18,748 yuan, an increase of 5.7%.

The ratio of per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents was 2.39, down 0.06 from the previous year.

According to the national income quintiles, the per capita disposable income of the low-income group is 9,215 yuan, the per capita disposable income of the lower-middle income group is 20,442 yuan, the per capita disposable income of the middle-income group is 32,195 yuan, and the per capita disposable income of the upper-middle income group is 32,195 yuan. 50,220 yuan, and the per capita disposable income of the high-income group is 95,055 yuan.

The average monthly income of migrant workers across the country was 4,780 yuan, an increase of 3.6% over the previous year.

  The national per capita consumption expenditure for the year was 26,796 yuan, an increase of 9.2% over the previous year. After deducting price factors, the actual increase was 9.0%.

Among them, per capita service consumption expenditure was 12,114 yuan, an increase of 14.4% over the previous year, accounting for 45.2% of residents' per capita consumption expenditure.

According to the place of permanent residence, the per capita consumption expenditure of urban residents was 32,994 yuan, an increase of 8.6%. After deducting price factors, the real growth was 8.3%; the per capita consumption expenditure of rural residents was 18,175 yuan, an increase of 9.3%. After deducting price factors, the real growth was 9.2%.

The Engel coefficient of residents nationwide is 29.8%, of which 28.8% is in urban areas and 32.4% in rural areas.

There were 8.34 million veterans and other preferential treatment recipients receiving state regular pensions and regular living allowances throughout the year.

  By the end of the year, there were 44,000 civil service institutions of various types across the country providing accommodation, including 41,000 elderly care institutions and 971 child welfare, assistance and protection institutions.

There are 8.463 million beds in civil services, including 8.201 million beds in elderly care services and 98,000 beds in child welfare and assistance and protection institutions.
