  The total investment in fixed assets throughout the year was 50,970.8 billion yuan, an increase of 2.8% over the previous year.

Fixed asset investment (excluding rural households) was 50,303.6 billion yuan, an increase of 3.0%.

In fixed asset investment (excluding rural households), in terms of regions, investment in the eastern region increased by 4.4%, investment in the central region increased by 0.3%, investment in the western region increased by 0.1%, and investment in the northeastern region decreased by 1.8%.

  Among fixed asset investments (excluding rural households), investment in the primary industry was 1,008.5 billion yuan, down 0.1% from the previous year; investment in the secondary industry was 16,213.6 billion yuan, an increase of 9.0%; investment in the tertiary industry was 33,081.5 billion yuan, an increase of 0.4%.

Infrastructure investment increased by 5.9%.

Investment in the social sector increased by 0.5%.

Private fixed asset investment was 25,354.4 billion yuan, down 0.4%; of which, private investment in manufacturing increased by 9.4%, and private investment in infrastructure increased by 14.2%.

  The investment in real estate development throughout the year was 11,091.3 billion yuan, a decrease of 9.6% from the previous year.

Among them, investment in residential buildings was 8,382 billion yuan, down 9.3%; investment in office buildings was 453.1 billion yuan, down 9.4%; investment in commercial buildings was 805.5 billion yuan, down 16.9%.

The sales area of ​​newly built commercial buildings throughout the year was 1,117.35 million square meters.

The online contract area for second-hand housing transactions was 708.82 million square meters.

At the end of the year, the area of ​​newly built commercial buildings for sale was 672.95 million square meters, of which 331.19 million square meters of commercial residential buildings were for sale.

  Throughout the year, 1.59 million units of various types of shanty towns were renovated across the country, and 1.93 million units were basically completed; 2.13 million units of affordable rental housing were started and raised.
