Basically, air travel can cover major domestic cities within 3 hours, and air logistics can reach major international cities within 3 days.

  In terms of facilities, the "Outline" points out that 3-4 comprehensive gateway complex international aviation hubs with strong international competitiveness will be built, with about 400 transport airports, and the annual capacity to support 30 million takeoffs and landings.
