In January 2024, commercial vehicle production and sales completed 327,000 and 324,000 units respectively, a month-on-month decrease of 10.7% and 11.1% respectively, and a year-on-year increase of 66.2% and 79.6% respectively.

In January 2024, passenger car production and sales reached 35,000 units, a month-on-month decrease of 35.3% and 36.5% respectively, and a year-on-year increase of 68.1% and 63.4% respectively.
Among the passenger car segments, compared with the previous month, the production and sales of the three major categories of passenger cars all showed double-digit declines; compared with the same period last year, the production and sales of the three major categories of passenger cars all showed varying degrees of growth.

In January 2024, the production and sales of trucks were 292,000 and 289,000 respectively, a month-on-month decrease of 6.4% and 6.6% respectively, and a year-on-year increase of 65.9% and 81.8% respectively.
Among the truck subdivisions, compared with the previous month, the production and sales of heavy trucks and medium trucks increased significantly, while the production and sales of light trucks and mini trucks showed double-digit declines; compared with the same period last year, the production and sales of the four major truck categories all showed different degree of growth.
