The nine major projects are: "Thousands of Jin Jianghuai Granary" Construction Project, "Vegetable Basket" Production Capacity Improvement Project, Agricultural Products Processing Industry Upgrading Project, Agricultural Green Development Project, "Thousands of Villages Leading, Ten Thousand Villages Upgrading" Project, and Rural Governance Improvement Project , agricultural science and technology innovation projects, projects to consolidate and expand poverty alleviation achievements, and rural reform and quality improvement projects.
In terms of the "100 Billion Jin Jianghuai Granary" construction project, Anhui will work hard on the "four good and two good" aspects of good land, good seeds, good opportunities, good methods, good chains, and good farmers. This year, 4.2 million acres of high-standard farmland will be built and renovated, and 4.2 million acres of high-standard farmland will be built and renovated with subsidies. The standard will be raised to 3,000 yuan per mu. Carry out the third national soil census in Anhui Province to understand the situation of soil resources.
In terms of the upgrading project of the agricultural product processing industry, Anhui will do a good job in adding value to the "grain head and food tail", "livestock head and meat tail" and "agricultural head and industrial tail", promote the upgrading of the whole chain of the green food industry, and build agriculture into a modern large industry.
At the same time, Anhui will continue to develop the top ten green food industries worth hundreds of billions, striving to achieve an output value of 1.3 trillion yuan in the entire industry chain of the top ten industries in 2024; accelerate the construction of the Yangtze River Delta green agricultural product production, processing and supply base, and create another 100 demonstration bases in 2024 ; Promote the "Wanmei Agricultural Products" action and organize high-quality green agricultural product promotion activities in Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang in different forms.
In terms of the "Thousands of Villages Leading and Tens of Thousands of Villages Upgrading" project, Anhui will create 200 more high-quality demonstration villages and about 800 provincial central villages in 2024; complete domestic sewage treatment in 700 administrative villages, renovate toilets for 270,000 rural households, and complete domestic waste disposal The harmless treatment rate reached 83%; we coordinated and promoted the construction of rural roads, electricity, water, network and other infrastructure and basic public services such as education, medical care, culture, and social security to enhance the farmers' sense of gain and happiness.
It is also reported that in 2023, Anhui's total grain output will be 83.016 billion kilograms, achieving "Twenty consecutive harvests"; Anhui's Yangtze River fishing ban and decapitation work is the only province in the country that has received excellent comprehensive assessment rankings for three consecutive years; rice seed exports have been exported for 5 consecutive years.
