  On February 14, more than 11,200 passengers arrived and departed from Shangri-La Station in a single day, setting a record since the station opened. The passenger volume of Xishuangbanna Station has exceeded a new high for three consecutive days, with more than 60,000 passengers sent in a single day. The passenger flow at Kunming, Kunming South, Dali and other stations continues to be at a high level.

  According to the National Railway Kunming Bureau, on February 15, the sixth day of the first lunar month, Yunnan Railway is expected to carry 456,000 passengers. The passenger flow of tourism, family visits, work and other passengers are superimposed, and the passenger flow of Yunnan Railway continues to rise. Judging from the advance ticket sales of Railway 12306, on February 15, the passenger flow at Kunming, Kunming South, Dali, Xishuangbanna, Shangri-La, Lijiang, Baoshan, Mengzi, Qujing, Yuanmou and other stations in Yunnan Province was relatively large, and trains were traveling from Yunnan to Beijing , Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing and other cities have a large number of passengers.

  During the Spring Festival, the number of inbound and outbound passengers taking the China-Laos Railway international passenger trains increased significantly, and the number of inbound and outbound passengers on a single train reached a peak. The railway department actively coordinates customs and border inspection, and adopts service measures such as reporting port traffic in advance, pre-recording and pre-inspection appointments, issuing foreigner entry (exit) cards in advance, opening special channels, and strengthening passenger clearance guidelines to improve customs clearance efficiency.

  In addition, during the Spring Festival, the Kunming Bureau of the State Railway arranged to operate a total of 442 passenger trains and 84 EMU trains between Xishuangbanna, Pu'er and Mohan, including 16 heavy-duty trains. There were 30 more passenger trains than before the Spring Festival. The transportation capacity of the domestic section of the old railway has increased by more than 17%.
