This company owns 67 vessels, including car carriers and container ships, and is engaged in the business of leasing out vessels to domestic and foreign shipping companies, with annual sales of over 60 billion yen.



The company was founded in 1972 and was built up by its founder in a single generation, but last year, the founder passed away and business succession became an issue, so the company decided to sell the business with support from Orix. is.



The acquisition price, including the assumption of debt, is expected to have a corporate value of around 300 billion yen, and ORIX aims to strengthen its ship leasing business with this acquisition.
