  The Shiziyang Bridge has two main towers and two anchors on the east and west banks of the Pearl River. Among them, the foundation of the east anchorage is a circular ground wall with an outer diameter of 127 meters and a wall thickness of 1.5 meters. It adopts a ring-shaped reinforced concrete lining support structure and was constructed by Poly Changda. The excavation volume of the foundation pit is as high as 480,000 cubic meters, which is equivalent to 11,228 standard swimming pools. The foundation depth reaches 33.5 meters. There are excavation of the foundation pit, lining cross-cutting operations, multiple vertical lifting equipment and transfer vehicles crossing at a three-dimensional level.   Previously, the foundation pit excavation and lining construction of the west anchorage of Shiziyang Bridge were completed on February 2 this year, and the bottom sealing construction is planned to begin during the Spring Festival.

  At present, the project construction is in full swing. The main tower of Shiziyang Bridge has entered the capping construction stage. The first section of the steel shell tower of the main bridge has successfully passed the acceptance inspection. The approach bridge is progressing in an orderly manner with soft foundation treatment and bridge substructure construction.
