The minister said this during a meeting of the business council under the Russian Foreign Ministry.
Lavrov emphasized that the anti-Russian steps taken by Western countries are not supported by those countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America that pursue an independent foreign policy.
“The understanding is growing that absolutely no one is immune from state banditry on the part of the collective West,” he noted.
Earlier, Sergei Lavrov said that the movement towards a more equitable economic order can no longer be stopped.
