The "Action Plan" deploys six key tasks to tackle the root causes of production safety in the postal sector.

The fifth is to improve the safety quality and capabilities of employees. The "Action Plan" emphasizes the need to strengthen organizational leadership, strengthen departmental coordination, and strictly assess accountability.
