“The Russian Ministry of Energy, together with oil companies and transport organizations, is taking measures to compensate for the lost volumes of motor gasoline caused by unscheduled repairs at factories,” the statement says.

According to the department, the production of motor gasoline by large oil companies has already been “increased,” and the export of motor gasoline to non-CIS countries has also been reduced.

It is clarified that the export of motor gasoline and diesel fuel compared to January 2023 was reduced by 37% and 23%, respectively.

It was previously reported that Gazprom Neft plans to increase the production of gasoline and diesel.
