At present, Henan has reserved 440 billion jin for the purchase of summer grain, and is preparing to purchase 500 billion yuan.

Quality testing of newly harvested wheat is also carried out simultaneously. Henan requires market-oriented purchase of wheat that meets the edible standards; For wheat damaged by rainy weather, wheat that exceeds the standard that can only be used for feed and industrial grain shall be purchased by the local government in accordance with the "Henan Provincial Measures for the Management of Disposal of Excessive Grain Scale", so as to strictly prevent unqualified grain from flowing into the grain market and protect the interests of grain farmers to the greatest extent.
