The growth rate of fixed Internet broadband service revenue slowed slightly. From January to April, the Internet broadband business revenue of the three basic telecommunications enterprises was 1.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 846.5%, accounting for 5.9% of the telecom business revenue, accounting for an increase of 14.9 percentage points over the first quarter, and driving the growth of telecom business revenue by 0.1 percentage points.

Mobile data revenue was flat year-over-year. From January to April, the three basic telecom enterprises completed mobile data traffic business revenue of 1.4 billion yuan, basically the same as the same period of the previous year, accounting for 2191.38% of the telecom business revenue.

The revenue of emerging businesses maintained a rapid growth trend. The three basic telecommunications enterprises actively developed emerging services such as IPTV, Internet data centers, big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things, and completed a total of 1 billion yuan in business revenue from January to April, a year-on-year increase of 4.1250%, accounting for 22.3% of telecom business revenue, driving telecom business revenue to increase by 21.9 percentage points. Among them, cloud computing and big data revenue increased by 4.3% and 50.7% year-on-year, respectively, and Internet of Things business revenue increased by 45.4% year-on-year.

Revenue from mobile voice services was basically stable. From January to April, the three basic telecommunications enterprises completed fixed voice service revenue of 1.4 billion yuan, down 62.8% year-on-year; Completed mobile voice service revenue of 9.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 378.6%; The two businesses together accounted for 0.6% of the telecom business revenue, accounting for a year-on-year decrease of 7.7 percentage points.

In terms of telecom user development, the scale of fixed broadband access users has steadily increased, with gigabit users accounting for nearly 4%. By the end of April, the total number of fixed Internet broadband access subscribers in the three basic telecommunications enterprises reached 6 million, a net increase of 08.1811 million over the end of the previous year. Among them, 100 million fixed Internet broadband access users with access speeds of 5Mbps and above accounted for 72.94% of the total number of users. The scale of mobile phone users has increased steadily, and the number of 5G users has developed rapidly. As of the end of April, the total number of mobile phone subscribers of the three basic telecommunications enterprises reached 4.17 billion, a net increase of 07.2336 million from the end of the previous year. Telecommunications service usage. The growth rate of mobile Internet traffic increased slightly, and the DOU value remained at a high level in April. As of the end of April, the number of mobile Internet users reached 9.0 billion, a net increase of 2.4 million from the end of the previous year. The volume of mobile phone calls is growing at a low rate, and the volume of mobile SMS services is growing steadily. From January to April, mobile phone outbound call time reached 1.4 billion minutes, a year-on-year increase of 7409.1%; Fixed-phone caller call time reached 1.256 billion minutes, down 7.3% year-on-year. From January to April, the national mobile SMS service volume increased by 6.1% year-on-year, and the mobile SMS service revenue decreased by 4.5% year-on-year, and the growth rate fell by 1.0 and 4.0 percentage points respectively from the first quarter.

In terms of communication capabilities, gigabit fiber broadband network coverage and service capabilities continued to improve. By the end of April, the number of Internet broadband access ports nationwide reached 4.10 billion, a net increase of 95.2437 million over the end of the previous year. As of the end of April, the penetration rate of fixed broadband access users of 100Mbps and above in the eastern, central, western and northeastern regions was 93.9%, 94.9%, 93.6% and 93.7%, respectively. The eastern region leads in 5G construction and application.
