From May 5 to 11, the Yunnan provincial party and government delegation went to Shanghai for inspection. From enterprises to parks, from industrial development to urban planning, the delegation conducted field visits all the way. During their stay in Shanghai, the delegation visited Pinduoduo. For example, in 2019, Pinduoduo signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Yunnan provincial government to invest special poverty alleviation funds.
