According to Liu Jinkui, in order to promote the point system for rural governance, Beierbao Village customized the "Moral Bank Points Passbook", focusing on rural construction, living environment improvement, rural style civilization shaping and other 9 categories of 32 items and other contents for point evaluation, and jointly established the "Electric Power Love Supermarket" with the State Grid Jinghai Electric Power Company, through points, the masses can exchange for prizes in the love supermarket.
