Zhongxin Finance found that the promotional video of "Gold Medal Generous Gift Champion Wine" released by the WeChat public account of "Flying Mastiff World" associated this wine product with Moutai Group. However, the logo of this product does distinguish it from the trademark of Kweichow Moutai Group, and its affiliate is Kweichow Moutai Group Health Industry Co., Ltd.

According to the Qichacha App, Kweichow Moutai Group Health Industry Co., Ltd. is 51% owned by Kweichow Moutai Distillery (Group) Health Liquor Co., Ltd., and Zhongxin Finance inquired about the official website of Kweichow Moutai Group and found that the latter is indeed a member of Kweichow Moutai Group, and Kweichow Moutai Group also authorized Kweichow Moutai Group Health Industry Co., Ltd. to use the "Houli" series of wine trademark rights.
