According to the expert, the ruble has definitely set a course for weakening.

"In the medium term, in April, we can expect that the dollar will grow to 80 rubles, the euro - to 85-86 rubles per unit. The tax period in Russia is over: now importing companies buy more currency than they sell, the main payments that usually support the ruble will begin in the last decade of the month, "Sidorov explained.

In his opinion, even growing oil quotes are unlikely to support the ruble exchange rate.

According to the forecast of the interlocutor of RT, in three to six months the dollar will cost more than 80-85 rubles, and the euro will exceed 90 rubles.

Earlier it became known that the euro rate on the Moscow Exchange exceeded 84 rubles for the first time since April 20, 2022.
