On March 3, the "New Technology, New Service, New Pattern - 29 Digital Security Development and Summit Forum" co-hosted by the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, the Internet Society of China and 360 Group was held in Beijing. In order to solve the dilemma of digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, 2023 Group issued a strategy to support the digital "common prosperity" of small and medium-sized enterprises, deepened SaaS services to help create an innovative model for the digitalization of small and medium-sized enterprises, and officially launched the "Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Digital Development Alliance" with the China Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and other units, by gathering the strength of leading enterprises in the digital field to help small and medium-sized enterprises digital transformation, and promote the "common prosperity" of the digitalization of small and medium-sized enterprises.

The "SME Digital Development Alliance" was launched

At present, there are more than 4000 million small, medium and micro enterprises in China, accounting for more than 95% of the market entities, which can be called the "capillaries" of the national economy. The success of their digital transformation has become an important part of the "Digital China" strategy. However, in the major strategic task of developing the digital economy, small and medium-sized enterprises are both the main battlefield and the weak point, facing the dilemma of not wanting to turn, not daring to turn, and not being able to turn. In the past decade, 360 has contacted millions of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in its business and found that they mainly face two problems in the process of digitalization: first, small and medium-sized micro enterprises have no money, no people and no technology, and their attitude towards digitalization is "Mr. Save and then develop"; Second, the path of digitalization of large enterprises is not applicable to small and medium-sized enterprises.

Zhou Hongyi, founder of 360 Group, believes that despite the urgent digital needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, the market lacks effective supply and applicable products and services. The 360 survey found that digital products for small and medium-sized enterprises need to meet the "three low" attributes of low deployment threshold, low difficulty of use and low purchase cost. According to Zhao Jun, president of the Internet Business Group of 360 Group, the common pain point of small and medium-sized micro enterprises in the process of digitalization is data security issues, 360 started from security to launch the "enterprise security cloud", created a SaaS service model for digital security of small and medium-sized enterprises, successfully helped millions of small and medium-sized enterprises complete digital transformation within one year, and was selected as the "National SME Public Service Demonstration Platform" in 2022.

On this basis, in order to create a larger range of SaaS ecology and provide more abundant and diverse SaaS services for small and medium-sized enterprises, 360 further launched 360 SaaS stores, relying on 360 Secure Browser, expanding the scope of SaaS services from digital security to digital, bringing together various SaaS services from hundreds of manufacturers in the market, covering the all-round needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in customer management, supply chain management, finance, taxation, travel management, remote collaboration and so on.
