In her Telegram, she noted that the IMF traditionally provides loans only to those states that have a clear debt repayment plan.

"If there are no guarantees of the return of funds, respectively, it is impossible to report to the member countries. There are uniform norms for all participants," she explained.

In turn, the Kiev regime has no plan, which does not prevent it from "brazenly" requesting $ 15 billion from the fund.

"The IMF decided to make an 'exception' and change the rules of lending in order to continue to pour money into the black hole. Thus, the new IMF program will be the first such experience," she said.

Earlier, the Ministry of Economy of France said that a group of creditors of Ukraine extended until 2027 the suspension of obligations to pay debts.
