Reuters: Nord Stream may be mothballed due to lack of repair plans

Russia's Nord Stream subsea gas pipelines will be closed and mothballed as there are no plans to repair or reopen them.

According to two sources of the publication, the conservation of gas pipelines implies the possible resumption of their work in the future.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov during the G20 insisted on investigating the terrorist attack on Nord Stream with the participation of Russia.

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that German Ambassador to Russia Geza Andreas von Geyr publicly avoids answering those responsible for sabotage on the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines.
