  A reporter from the Securities Times sorted out and found that recently, Wugang in Hunan, Luohe in Henan, Suqian in Jiangsu, and Hefei in Anhui have introduced support policies for house purchases. Among them, families with multiple children and talented people have become key support targets. Grant housing subsidies, deed tax subsidies, etc.

  On March 1, Hefei, Anhui, solicited opinions on the implementation of the housing provident fund optimization policy for multi-children families. The policy proposes that if a multi-children family purchases their first home and applies for a housing loan for the first time, the maximum loan amount for one party will be increased to 650,000 yuan. The maximum loan amount can be increased to 750,000 yuan.

The Hefei Housing Provident Fund Management Center stated that the move is intended to increase support for families with many children to solve basic housing problems through housing provident funds.

  On February 27th, Wugang, Hunan Province issued a new property market policy, which proposed that high-level talents have more favorable housing purchases, and high-level talents who have been introduced to Wugang City’s enterprises and institutions for more than five years and bought houses for the first time through talent introduction channels will be given housing subsidies. Among them, senior professional titles and full-time doctoral students will be given a house purchase subsidy of 100,000 yuan, and associate senior professional titles and full-time postgraduate students will be given a house purchase subsidy of 50,000 yuan.

  On February 24, Luohe, Henan Province issued a new policy to stabilize the property market, proposing to support talent purchase and settlement and the reasonable housing needs of urban and rural residents, and continue to issue housing purchase talent subsidies and deed tax subsidies, which will be implemented until August 31.

For high-level talents introduced under the "Hundred Excellence Program" and "Double Thousand Program", the maximum amount of provident fund loans for purchasing a family's first house within 3 years after the qualification of the talent is increased to 800,000 yuan and 600,000 yuan.

  On the same day, Suqian, Jiangsu issued a new policy to stabilize the property market, proposing to provide deed tax subsidies: Individuals who purchase commercial housing (including second-hand commercial housing) within the central urban area will be given a 50% subsidy of the total deed tax paid, with a maximum of 30,000 yuan. 80% and 100% subsidies are given to families with one or three children.

At the same time, increase the maximum amount of housing provident fund loans. The maximum amount of housing provident fund loans for single-payer depositors is adjusted from 400,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan. The maximum amount of housing provident fund loans for double-payer depositors is adjusted from 600,000 yuan to 700,000 yuan. The maximum amount of family housing provident fund loans will be increased by another 100,000 yuan.

  Chen Wenjing, director of market research at the Middle Finger Research Institute, believes that combining housing policies with childbirth and talent policies is an important direction for the future.

Although many places have introduced incentives in 2022 in conjunction with policies such as childbirth and talent, the policy strength is relatively limited. It is expected that in 2023, the support for this type of housing demand will increase, especially in terms of support for multi-child families.
