The department announced this in its Telegram.

“The expected volume of additional oil and gas revenues of the federal budget is projected in March 2023 in the amount of minus 132.1 billion rubles.

The deviation of actually received oil and gas revenues from the expected monthly volume of oil and gas revenues in February 2023 amounted to 12.3 billion rubles,” the statement says.

The Ministry of Finance noted that, thus, the total amount of funds allocated for the sale of foreign currency is 119.8 billion rubles.

Earlier, Russian First Deputy Minister of Energy Pavel Sorokin said that the Russian side does not plan to sell oil at any price just for the sake of volume.
