[Explanation] Li Dongsheng, a representative of the National People's Congress, founder and chairman of TCL, recently accepted an interview with reporters and shared a number of proposals he will put forward at the two sessions of the country in 2023. These proposals involve globalization and "anti-globalization", China's manufacturing industry high-quality development, and social security issues for flexible employees.

He said that at present, for most Chinese manufacturing companies, they still face multiple risks such as trade frictions, compliance management and patent litigation when they really go global.

I have a few suggestions for supporting the globalization of Chinese enterprises. First, the globalization of Chinese enterprises is still in the initial stage of development. Most of our enterprises are developing their global operation capabilities. At this stage, I hope that the government can Provide more support and assistance to enterprises.

For example, in the restructuring of the economic globalization pattern, China and many countries and regions are negotiating bilateral and multilateral trade agreement arrangements. During this negotiation process, more channels can be provided to allow Chinese companies to express their demands.

In the bilateral or multilateral trade negotiations of various countries, I know that behind the negotiations of foreign governments, their conditions and demands are all put forward by the business circles of the host countries.

The Chinese side is also seeking the opinions of enterprises, but the current channel is not smooth enough, so that these agreements were finally negotiated.

Enterprises always feel that there are many points, and many places should be able to negotiate better.

Therefore, this channel must be unimpeded, and the government can more reflect the demands of enterprises in promoting this multilateral and bilateral trade negotiations.

[Explanation] This year is already the fifth National People's Congress that Li Dongsheng participated in. He also focused on the work-related injury insurance of flexible employees, and proposed to completely cancel the restrictions on the participation of flexible employees in work-related injury insurance.

In particular, as you mentioned, for a large social group like this kind of delivery staff, their social security, including work-related injury insurance, is still not perfect, and companies may be able to do it well if they pay more attention to it.

If the company does not pay attention to this matter, it may not be resolved for a long time.

In fact, the social security responsibility of enterprises to employees should be a statutory responsibility, but due to some imperfections and loopholes in the current labor laws and regulations, the protection of workers in this field is lacking, at least imperfect. So this time the representative suggested that I once again proposed to improve the labor regulations on social security for flexible employees, so that the responsibilities of this regulation are more clear.

[Explanation] Talking about the new year, when the international environment is still complicated, Li Dongsheng said that he has more confidence not only in TCL itself, but also in the development of Chinese companies and the Chinese economy.

In the field of smart terminal products, whether it is color TV mobile phones or home appliances, the global market share of Chinese companies is continuously increasing. I am confident that in 2023, TCL's various smart terminal products, our sales and global market share will be able to continue to grow.

Therefore, I am full of confidence in the Chinese economy in 2023 and the development of enterprises in 2023.
