The task of promoting employment is even more arduous. We will work with relevant departments to do this work well.
Yu Jiadong said that the work focuses on the following four aspects:
First, increase channel expansion.
Further improve the support policies for graduates' employment and entrepreneurship, implement policy services and implement special actions, accelerate policy fulfillment, steadily expand the recruitment of state-owned enterprises, stabilize the recruitment of public institutions and grassroots projects, guide graduates to work in small, medium and micro enterprises, and urban and rural grassroots, and support graduation self-employment and flexible employment.
At the same time, guide all localities to adjust and optimize the schedule of examinations for entrance examinations and professional qualification examinations for professional titles, so as to allow more time windows for graduates to seek jobs.
Second, increase post push.
Continue to promote public employment services into campus activities, and deliver job information, guidance and training, entrepreneurship support and other services to graduates.
At the same time, launched a series of special service activities of "Professional Leading the Future", mobilized industry associations, social organizations, and well-known enterprises to participate extensively, combined online and offline, pushed jobs on a large scale, and launched more distinctive industry-specific recruitments to provide graduates with Sufficient job information.
Third, increase the training of trainees.
Continue to implement the plan to recruit one million trainee positions, recruit a number of high-quality trainee positions, launch a number of national trainee demonstration units, and improve the practical ability of graduates.
In response to the career development needs of graduates, actively organize and participate in skill training, improve the quality of training, expand new vocational training, and support graduates to achieve skilled employment.
Fourth, step up efforts to help those in need.
For graduates who leave school without employment, do a good job in information connection in advance, make a solid support account, unblock various registration and help channels, and provide real-name services in a timely manner. The impoverished graduates implement key assistance, give priority to providing services, and give priority to recommending jobs.
Include unemployed youth in employment and unemployment management services in a timely manner, strengthen practical guidance and classified assistance for long-term unemployed, and help them better integrate into the job market.
