Earlier, the EU removed oil products made from Russian oil in third countries from under the price ceiling.

An expert of the National Energy Security Fund, a lecturer at the Financial University under the Government of Russia, Stanislav Mitrakhovich, in an interview with the Economics Today, commented on the situation with prices for Russian Urals oil.
