At a value of 410 million dirhams, the most expensive apartment in Dubai was sold

Yesterday, data on real estate transactions with the Dubai Land Department showed that an apartment sale deal worth 410 million dirhams was recorded, making it the largest apartment sale deal in the history of the real estate market in the emirate.

The apartment was sold in the luxury Bvlgari Lighthouse Dubai tower project, which is being developed by Meraas, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, on Jumeirah Bay Island.

The area of ​​the apartment is 38,970 thousand square feet, and it includes 9 rooms, bringing the price per square foot to 10,521 dirhams per square foot.

The project acquired the largest apartment sales deals in Dubai last month, as it witnessed the sale of 8 apartments in January, with a total value of 656 million dirhams, which included an apartment worth 119 million, in addition to another apartment sold for 116 million dirhams.
