“A deficiency of assets of 158 million euros” was noted by the court, according to the text of the judgment, dated February 1, 2023. This deficiency is “the consequence of the denunciation of the cash agreement previously granted by the parent company Groupe Go sport," deputy prosecutor François Touret de Coucy said in a statement.
