  Thanks to the advance customs declaration, most of the cherries unloaded into the port area can be "directly picked up by the ship".

At the same time, under the "port + park" cold chain cargo distribution mode, the trailers inside the terminal directly enter the Nansha International Cold Chain Area to complete various tasks in the customs clearance process, and the overall customs clearance time for imported fruits has increased by more than 25%.

  Large trucks had to stagger the time limit when entering the city, and Liang Jubiao had to deliver the cherries to the wholesale market before 7 o'clock.

From the wholesale market to the major supermarkets in the Greater Bay Area, and finally put on the dining tables of the citizens, the cherries have completed the fast cold chain transportation from foreign farms to the domestic market.

  Every day with the car, Liang Jubiao regards the car as a "partner", "eats in the car, and sleeps in the car while waiting for unloading." He rushes to deliver cold chain products in the early morning, and mainly focuses on logistics in the port area during the day.

During the unloading process of the imported fruit container, high-definition camera equipment scans in real time, and the obtained container information is automatically associated with the data of the terminal operation system, and the diversion order is generated by comparing the customs cargo declaration.

  A certain proportion of the cargo is randomly selected for inspection. After arriving at the port, the customs will first conduct machine inspections on these random inspections, and then conduct manual inspections.

  After receiving the task notice, Liu Tao, deputy chief of the Haixin Cold Chain Inspection Section of Nansha Customs under Guangzhou Customs, and his colleagues carried out goods inspection overnight.

"At present, the inspection capacity of imported fruits in the port area has increased by nearly four times compared with before, and the number of reefer sockets has also increased to 5,500. Even during the inspection process, it can ensure that the cold chain goods are kept cold throughout the process." Liu Tao said.

  In order to preserve the freshness and quality of imported fruits, Nansha Customs is still in the process of customs clearance, such as document review, inspection, laboratory testing, and certificate issuance, with dedicated personnel and posts to provide one-stop services for the entire customs clearance chain.

"Many measures have also been taken to ensure the timeliness of customs clearance for cold chain commodities, including 'advance declaration', 'two-step declaration', 'two-stage access' and 'direct pick-up from the ship' and other measures." Liu Tao is familiar with various measures.

  Liu Jun, the technical director of the cold chain company, goes to the control room every day, where he can see the situation of the entire cold chain logistics base: the workers in the warehouse are busy loading and unloading, and the trucks stop or dispatch according to the orders...

  3 cold storages, 1 refrigerated storage yard, 1 80,000-square-meter external storage yard, and 162 refrigerated container inspection platforms can provide one-stop services such as inspection storage, bonded, processing and distribution, display trading, and supply chain.

Recently, Liu Jun has visited more frequently and watched more carefully.

  "During the Spring Festival, the workload is heavy, and we are afraid that everyone will make mistakes during the busy schedule, so we must be more cautious." Liu Jun pointed to the screen in the control room and said that the cold storage is equipped with a refrigeration system according to the size of the area, and the temperature must be kept in a stable range for 24 hours. "There are more than 2,000 cameras to transmit images, and the temperature control also uses an automated system, which is much more efficient than manual work."

  Liu Jun introduced that they will work with liner companies to promote the application of the blockchain electronic delivery platform to promote data interconnection among refrigerated container ports, airlines, and cargo, and realize the digitalization of the entire chain of refrigerated container imports, paperless documents throughout the process, and greatly reduce Document processing time.
