Previously, as part of the charter purchase and leasing project for the vulnerable class last month, LH sold 36 units of 19-24㎡ exclusive area for 'Cantaville Suyu Palace' in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, an unsold apartment after completion, at a price of 210 million to 260 million won per household, total It was purchased for 7.9495 billion won.

While the government is currently promoting the purchase of private unsold apartments for a soft landing in the construction market and protection of the vulnerable, it is also reviewing the purchase of unsold apartments after completion through LH.
