“For three years now, the Cabinet of Ministers has been working in extremely difficult conditions: first, the unprecedented challenge of the global pandemic and the enormous efforts made by the Cabinet of Ministers to cope with these challenges,” Peskov said.

Further, according to him, came the "proxy war" against Russia from the side of the "collective West".

He noted that the Russian government also managed to adequately exit under these conditions.

“Not just somehow exit, but exit brilliantly, maintaining the trajectory of potential growth,” Peskov added.

He stressed that at present the growth prospects for the Russian economy are "absolutely positive."
