The Official State Gazette (BOE) has published this Friday a
call for public employment with 27,509 jobs
, corresponding to 2020, 2021 and 2022, to work in the General State Administration (AGE), as reported by the Ministry of Finance and Function public in a statement.
This public employment offer, which already incorporates changes in the selection processes, contemplates 13,157 positions for the
General Administrative Corps
, another 6,474 for the
Management Corps of the State Civil Administration
and 4,086 for the
General Auxiliary Corps.
In addition, it includes 2,352 places for the AGE's
Corps of Auxiliary IT Technicians
and another 1,440 for entry into the
Administration's IT and Systems Management Corps
.
Of all of them, 2,088 are reserved for the quota of people with disabilities, 7.6% of the total.
MODERNIZATION OF TESTING
The calls are divided into 12 selective processes through which Subgroups A2, C1 and C2 can be accessed, according to the Treasury in its statement.
The selection processes will be carried out in accordance with the update of the model for access to public employment to attract talent to the administrations.
The new model takes into account the strategic orientations and projects included in the document
'Orientations for Change in the field of selection'
, to streamline selection processes and promote equal opportunities in access to public employment.
It also includes the advances incorporated in Royal Decree 407/2022, of May 24, which approves the Public Employment Offer for the year 2022, which contains explicit measures to
expedite the selection processes.
The call includes the novelties of the Agreement of the General Negotiation Table of the General State Administration on the general criteria that should govern the selection of personnel through internal promotion processes.
To continue with the policy of decentralization of the selection processes, the tests
will bet on proximity to the applicants

Among the measures that follow this philosophy will be that the exercises that include a public reading before a court will now be corrected anonymously through a web platform, which will prevent the displacement of candidates for a position in the Administration.
The Treasury highlights that it is a "broad and historical" public employment offer to "recover the levels of employment lost in previous years."
