The Emirates Group and the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding to launch a specialized training program to develop the diplomatic capabilities of the directors of the foreign commercial "Emirates Airline" stations from Emirati cadres around the world, as part of the commercial ambassador leadership program that the group recently launched.

The memorandum was signed by Amira Al Falasi, Vice President of Recruitment and Development of National Human Resources at the Emirates Group, and Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Dhaheri, Deputy Director General of the Academy.

The training program, which extends over five days and is presented by the Academy to the participants from the directors of "Emirates Airlines" external stations, provides a comprehensive understanding of the diplomatic skills necessary to effectively represent the Emirates Group around the world, in order to serve the achievement of its commercial goals and operational operations.
